What We Offer
From trust administration to conservatorship, Clayton Valley Fiduciary provides the full spectrum of professional fiduciary services — delivered with integrity, compassion, and local expertise.
Expert management of your trust assets
When a loved one passes or becomes incapacitated, managing a trust can feel overwhelming. Clayton Valley Fiduciary steps in as a professional, court-accountable trustee — handling every aspect of trust administration with precision, transparency, and care.
Comprehensive oversight from probate to settlement
Navigating the probate process and settling an estate requires expertise, patience, and attention to detail. As your estate administrator or executor, we manage every step — from filing the initial petition to final distribution — so your family can focus on healing.
Preserve and transfer your wealth with purpose
Your legacy is more than money — it's your values, your family's future, and the impact you leave behind. We work alongside your estate planning attorney to ensure your plan is not only well-crafted but faithfully executed, generation after generation.
Compassionate advocacy for vulnerable individuals
When a family member can no longer manage their own affairs due to age, illness, or disability, a court-appointed conservator or guardian provides the protection and oversight they need. We serve as a neutral, professional fiduciary — always acting in the best interest of the individual.
The Role of a Fiduciary
A professional fiduciary's role is far more extensive than simply paying bills. At Clayton Valley Fiduciary, we take on the full scope of responsibilities required to protect and serve our clients with integrity and care.
Clients or their families will often inquire how a fiduciary spends his or her day taking care of the financial needs of the client. Some may be under the mistaken impression that the fiduciary's role may be limited to functions such as paying the client's bills.
In fact, the fiduciary's responsibilities are extensive and varied. At Clayton Valley Fiduciary, we take on the full spectrum of duties required to act in our clients' best interests — from reviewing estate documents and managing assets, to coordinating care and mediating family conflicts.
